Compatibility and requirements

Supported cameras, phone requirements and what applies to the zoom of each model.

Supported cameras: Insta360 Luna Ultra and Insta360 Luna Pro.

Requirements: Android phone with Android 12 or later or iPhone with iOS 17 or later (for iOS: coming soon to the App Store), each with Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi.

  • Connection: Pogimoti finds the camera via Bluetooth and then controls it directly over Wi-Fi. No internet is needed.
  • One app at a time: the camera only allows one connection; the manufacturer's app must be closed.
  • Permission: on the first connection, allow the control once on the camera display.
  • Insta360 Luna Ultra: zoom 1× to 12×; at 3× the camera changes its lens, and the editor points this out.
  • Insta360 Luna Pro: one lens, zoom up to 4×.
  • Waypoints: any number per move, each with pan, tilt, zoom and its own time.
  • Interval: freely selectable from 0.5 s.
  • Phone: stays connected during the recording because Pogimoti guides every move. Android: screen off is fine. iPhone: keep the app in the foreground; the screen stays on.
  • Price: Pogimoti is free; Pogimoti Pro is a one-time purchase without a subscription.
