1. Privacy at a glance

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. This website collects and processes only a minimum of data and does without cookies, tracking and analytics tools, externally loaded fonts and any other third-party resources.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes connection data transmitted by your browser for technical reasons (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser type). This data is required for the technical delivery of the website and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. No cookies

This website does not use cookies — neither its own nor third-party cookies. Visitors are not recognised across visits and there is no tracking across page views.

5. No external fonts or third-party resources

All fonts and design elements of this website are rendered locally or via the system fonts pre-installed in your operating system. No fonts or other resources are loaded from external providers (e.g. Google Fonts). Consequently, no data is transferred to third parties for this purpose when you visit this website.

6. Contact by e-mail or phone

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, your details (e.g. name, contact data, message) are stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This website has no contact form; no data is collected via the website itself. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or on pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.

7. The "Pathset" app

Our iOS app Pathset collects no data: no data collection, no telemetry, no third-party services. The camera is controlled locally via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth; an internet connection is not required. If you run into a problem, you can voluntarily and actively share a diagnostic log from within the app — the text shown is exactly what is shared. Beyond that, nothing leaves your device.

8. Your rights

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing at any time, as well as a right to rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For this and any further questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice.

9. Right to object

Insofar as your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
