Help and troubleshooting
The app's messages and what they mean: camera not found, PIN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi join, session.
Further notes
- The camera's auto power-off when idle is the most common cause of "not found": wake the camera, then connect again.
- Pairing applies per app; a factory reset of the camera clears it.
- Panset cannot be connected at the same time as the manufacturer's app.

Messages and remedies
"No camera found. Is it switched on, and is Bluetooth enabled on this device?"
The camera is off or in standby (it powers off when idle): switch it on or wake it. Turn on Bluetooth on the phone. The camera must not currently be connected to another device or the manufacturer's app.
"Pairing not confirmed. Please confirm the PIN on the camera display and try again."
The confirmation on the camera display did not arrive in time: tap "Connect" again and confirm the PIN on the display.
"Bluetooth is off. Please enable it and try again."
Turn on Bluetooth on the phone.
"Bluetooth permission denied — allow it in Settings." (Android)
Settings → Apps → Panset → Permissions → allow "Nearby devices".
"Wi-Fi join was declined." / "Wi-Fi join failed. Please try again."
The system dialog was declined or timed out: tap "Connect" again and confirm the dialog.
"Please join Wi-Fi “…” on this device (password: …)."
Automatic joining is not possible on this device: connect to the shown network manually in the Wi-Fi settings. The app then continues connecting.
"No telemetry — the session isn’t ready."
The camera is not reachable (wrong network or camera off): check the camera and connect again.
"Session lost — please reconnect."
After a long time in the background or out of range: tap "Connect" again.
The live view stays black but the controls work.
Wake the camera, or tap "Disconnect" and then "Connect" again.
